About the institute

Building a more connected Illustration representing neurodiverse individualsmodel of care for every neurodiverse mind

NEST is a multidisciplinary institute supporting neurodevelopmental growth through early screening, diagnosis, therapy and continuous care — across Pakistan and beyond.

Our Story

A center built around how care actually happens

NEST began with a simple, persistent observation: in Pakistan, neurodivergent children and adults move between psychologists, schools, speech therapists, paediatricians and remedial tutors — often carrying their own folder of reports, repeating the same story to every new professional.

We built NEST to close that gap. From early screening and diagnosis, through therapy and long-term guidance, our team works as one connected service so families don't have to assemble their own care plan.

Today, NEST is a multidisciplinary institute supporting individuals with dyslexia, ADHD, autism spectrum, language and learning differences — and the families and educators who walk alongside them.

Mission & Values

What guides our work

NEST is shaped by three commitments — to early action, to evidence-based care, and to families navigating the journey with us.

01

Our Mission

To ensure every neurodivergent individual in Pakistan can access early identification, evidence-based therapy and lifelong guidance under one connected roof — regardless of where their journey starts.

02

Our Vision

A country where neurological differences are recognised early, supported well, and never confused for limitation — where schools, clinicians and families all speak the same language of care.

03

What We Believe

That brains work differently, not deficiently. That early support changes life trajectories. That care should be measured in outcomes, not appointments. That families are part of the team.

Core Values

The principles behind every NEST decision

Evidence first

Every intervention we offer is grounded in current clinical research and reviewed regularly.

Family-centered

Caregivers are partners, not bystanders. We coach families through every step.

No silos

Psychologists, therapists and educators share one case file and one plan.

Strength-based

We document what works as carefully as what struggles, and build from there.

Lifelong

Care doesn't end at age 12. We support adolescents and adults through transitions too.

The NEST Approach

Care delivered as one continuous journey

Most centers stop at diagnosis. NEST treats screening, diagnosis, therapy and long-term guidance as four parts of the same conversation, with the same team carrying the file from start to finish.

1

Initial Screening

A 60–90 min session covering reading, language and learning markers.

2

Specialist Evaluation

A multidisciplinary panel reviews findings and discusses next steps.

3

Guided Plan

A tailored roadmap for families, schools and clinicians to follow.

4

Transformation

Ongoing therapy and check-ins so the plan keeps pace with growth.
