A note from our clinical team, every child struggles with a math concept at some point; that alone isn't dyscalculia. We look for a persistent gap between a child's overall ability and their number sense, one that holds up across home and school despite good teaching. That's where assessment helps — to understand the profile, not to pin on a label.

The NEST Dyscalculia Program — at a glance

Below is the standard shape of the program. Every plan is tailored after assessment — but this is the scaffolding most learners work inside.

Philosophy

Number sense is built,
not memorised

Most children develop a feel for number almost by osmosis. Dyscalculic learners don't — and no amount of extra drilling changes that. What does change it is structured, concrete-to-abstract teaching, delivered in the right order by someone trained to deliver it.
